Today is National Wear RED Day
American Heart Association
Help spread the word that the little choices women make every day are the ones that matter most. The stairs or the elevator? Baked or fried? Too many women die each year because they don't know heart disease is their No. 1 killer. Share the facts that heart disease is largely preventable and even the small, personal choices women make can help them live, not die. Our Hearts. Our Choice.
Look out for RED... since Go Red For Women launched in 2004, cities have turned their landmarks red to help raise awareness in the fight against heart disease. Some of these locations have included Niagara Falls, the Empire State Building, state capitol buildings, Pike Place Market in Seattle and more.
As a national sponsor of the campaign, Macy's is offering an extra 20% off!
Come on: "Girl in RED, girl in white, AOII...!" (You know the rest!!!)
